A Sweet Day at Watermark: Senior Connect’s Ice Cream Social and More!
At Senior Connect, our purpose is to deliver joy, connection, and assistance to the senior community. Our most recent visit to Watermark served as the ideal illustration of that goal. It was a day full of laughs, smiles, and meaningful encounters, from setting up a lovely ice cream bar to planning activities and providing assistance when required. Nothing quite says summertime like ice cream, so we decided to provide the elders at Watermark with this delightful treat. Our group put up an ice cream bar that attracted a lot of interest right away. We took care to provide an assortment of toppings and flavors so that everyone could design their ideal dessert. Cups were stacked high with scoops of ice cream, sauces, sprinkles, and more in a matter of seconds. Everybody was enjoying their customized sweets, and the excitement in the room was great.
